  A new foundation for music. Radio station, record label and creative agency based in London, foundation.fm is the music platform prioritising women, queer and non-binary folk. Through radio, records and events they challenge the usual biassed line ups, allowing more people to be represented and raise awareness of the issues facing these communities.
  
  foundation.fm are launching their first compilation in March 2024, titled ‘BODIES’. the meaning behind 'bodies' is to symbolise the growing and ever changing shape of the music industry; to embody every body. The founders explain: “we endeavour to continue this mission and showcase our position in club culture by creating a project that brings together the artists and producers who we have been watching and admiring.”
  
  'BODIES' serves as a celebration of all bodies, with a dedicated focus on showcasing women, queer, and non-binary talent. The album's release strategically coincides with International Women's Day, aligning closely with FFM mission. This timing allows them to emphatically promote the compilation, creating a significant moment to celebrate and reflect on the victories of all bodies. This is also reflected in the cover artwork by visual artist Elise Rose.
  
  They have curated the compilation into two worlds/sides that allow artists to have more freedom on tracks they feel inspired to make. Side A focuses on Club Sounds with themes towards the extreme, fun, harder while SIDE B showcases Alternative Sounds through notions of softer, experimental, down time pieces.
